 Job Description:

 Job Description:

  • Involve in sourcing of new vendors, price negotiation, costs reduction and shortening of lead time activities
  • Cost analysis for the main source and alternative part
  • Conducted vendor qualifications audits & work with Quality department on vendor selection
  • Confirm parts specification during sourcing & new parts selection
  • Request quotation (RFQ) of new parts based on BOM list
  • Planning, scheduling, inventory control and expediting of parts for production
  • Negotiation and liaising with suppliers on parts supply and delivery
  • Monitoring and controlling of parts delivery to ensure minimum parts shortage impact to production
  • Involved in co-ordination of parts inventory and parts status
  • Manage and provide weekly inventory reports
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain or but preferably in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic & Mechanical)

Material Analyst 

Job Description:

  • Analyse data input to the system for accuracy and resolve any issues as required
  • Simulate material availability on weekly basis according to Customer Order Enquiry
  • Manage with PSI and Purchasing department for material and planning schedule balancing
  • Analyse inventory levels against agreed target levels
  • Work closely with internal departments to resolve issues, update material schedules and ensure systems reflect forecast and demand for production
  • Prepare materials for production, monitor and compute materials usage
  • Ensuring the availability of material for manufacturing to commence production

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Mathematics

Job Description:

  • Liaise with customers on issues related to sale orders, planning, shipping and inventory control
  • Reviews customer’s forecast and order
  • Production planning according to customer’s orders and production capacity
  • Ensuring on-time delivery of shipments based on customer requirements
  • Lead and coordinate with internal related department for EOL model management
  • Perform demand management by reviewing sales forecast

Job Description:

  • Key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues
  • Manage customer relationship to ensure that customer’s needs and requirements are met
  • Organize internal meetings, discussions etc. to address issues which will affect program deliverables
  • Planning and execution to prepare the organisation for customer’s Product Lifecycle Management

Mechanical Engineer

Job Description:

  • Prepare documentation for product & hardware specifications and requirements
  • Drawings creation or modification with Technical Information (TI)
  • Work with vendors and internal related departments on parts manufacturability for tooling fabrication or modification of tooling
  • Design & development for MFP products architecture
  • Verification of part Design, part functionality and capability during the project development stage (EVT/DVT/MVT)
  • Detailed design of MFP sub-systems, ability to handle design review, design calculations, design simulations (FA, DFM, DFMEA, etc.)
  • Responsible for design documentation, developing of engineering validation test plan and perform validation of new design, BOM, and cost estimations
  • To perform product evaluation, failure analysis (FA) and troubleshoot of problems or defects
  • Support and work for product value engineering (VE) and cost down (CD) activities for new and existing products

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)

Software Qualification Test Engineer

Job Description:

  • Study the Product Specification vs Test plan before performing test
  • Create procedure & checklist based on Product Specifications
  • Perform software development and qualification testing
  • Perform debugging when problem encountered during testing
  • Generate test reports & share test status to respective parties
  • Perform EC change qualification for new products & existing products
  • Provide support to acquire Industrial test report upon request
  • Liaise with external qualification body to provide qualification test & service
  • Liaise with various inter-departments on part quality issues
  • Create of new, update and review Qualification standard for new requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant working experience preferably in Microsoft Windows, Linux and Ubuntu

Parts Quality Engineer

Job Description:

  • Define QFD for parts manufacturing
  • Responsible in ensuring the quality of incoming parts and works with suppliers in resolving quality issues & improvement activities
  • Review parts manufacturability and parts design before tooling fabrication
  • Identify CTF dimensions to be included in Incoming Inspection
  • Generate FPA report, update status and results and share with internal staff and suppliers
  • Prepare Incoming Inspection instructions for all parts that require inspection
  • Investigate production fallouts due to part quality, collect data and study for root cause and countermeasure
  • Perform periodic factory audits on vendor capabilities, facilities, processes and prepare audit reports
  • Compile failure cost for quality problem
